Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced, customer-centric dental settings.
• Certification in dental assisting and/or X-ray where required by state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Regular HIPAA training and PHI protection.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide education throughout treatment.
• Review health history to guide quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and iTero scans.
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Prepare treatment rooms per OSHA & CDC guidelines.
• Manage supplies and ordering; support workflows.
