Responsibilities

• Build rapport with patients to ensure a pleasant experience before, during, and after treatment.
• Demonstrate a positive chair side manner and efficient patient flow as directed by the Lead Clinical Dental Assistant.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide educational materials.
• Verify medical history, medications, allergies, and chief complaint; document in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Obtain blood pressure for adults and weight for pediatric patients; document results in Open Dental.
