My Dentist- Midtown in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join Heartland Dental’s team. You will greet patients, review health histories, take x-rays, and provide four-handed chairside support to our dentists using Dentrix and iTero tools, in a fast-paced, patient‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HIPAA training and PHI protection awareness.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate patients during their dental journey and maintain comfort.
• Review health history to support quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment room following OSHA & CDC guidelines.
• Manage supplies and place expediting orders as needed.
