Job summary

Siena Hills Family Dental is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced, patient-centered practice. You will support dentists with four-handed dentistry, take x-rays, and maintain patient comfort while ensuring smooth clinic workflow.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of dental experience, Dentrix or similar software, and state-required x-ray certification. We offer training, competitive benefits, and a collaborative environment focused on growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental setting.
• Dentrix or other dental software experience.
• Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• HIPAA and OSHA awareness is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and maintain their comfort throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner).
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry).
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols.
• Assist team to maximize office workflow.
