Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in fast-paced dental offices.
• Certification requirements by state for dental assistants and x-ray credentials.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and guide them through their dental journey.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process X-rays and other diagnostics (Dentrix integration).
• Provide four-handed chairside assistance to dentists.
• Maintain scheduling and records in Dentrix.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supplies and order processing; support office workflow.
