South Bend Family Dental Care is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team in South Bend, IN. You will provide chairside support, take x-rays, manage patient records, and contribute to a welcoming, educational patient experience.

Qualifications

• Indiana Radiology License is required.
• Dental assisting school certification preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced dental office setting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and support comfort and education throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments.
• Provide chairside assistance during procedures.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and record keeping.
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
• Manage supplies and place orders as needed.
• Collaborate with providers to improve office workflow.
