Aspen Dental is hiring a Full-Time Dental Assistant to support dental teams in a fast-paced practice in the United States. You will assist with patient flow, help doctors during procedures, manage sterilization and charting, and train staff to ensure smooth handoffs and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Current Dental Assistant license and state certification as required.
• Radiology (x-ray) certification where required by state.
• CPR or BLS certification is current.

Responsibilities

• Assist with directing the DA office team to maintain productive patient flow.
• Assist doctors during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Breakdown operatory rooms for doctors and hygienists.
• Complete sterilization processes and ensure staff training on procedures.
• Follow maintenance schedules for waterlines, autoclave, and other equipment.
• Tray and operatory setup for all procedures.
• Support patient charting for doctors at a proficient level.
• Train others to execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow.
• Follow OSHA and HIPAA guidelines and Aspen safety requirements.
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and instruct patients on post-treatment care.
