Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant in the Indianapolis area with no prior experience required. You'll receive paid training through DANB and a clear path to becoming a CDA while supporting a patient-centered team.

The role offers flexible scheduling (part-time and full-time options), competitive pay of $20-$23 per hour, and hands-on opportunities to learn radiology safety and infection control as you grow in your career.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency preferred to support our diverse patient base.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain radiology and safety certification within the state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care

Entry-Level Dental Assistant No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands‑on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

• Salary: $20 - $23 / hour
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
