Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. No experience required; you’ll receive paid training through our DANB partnership and a clear path to becoming a CDA while working with a team dedicated to community care.

Salary starts at $16–$18 per hour with full-time positions; scheduling varies by location, with part-time and flexible options. You’ll assist procedures, prepare operatories, manage sterilization, and support charting.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands-on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $16 - $18 / hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
