Job summary

0065 JOHN W. IHNEN, DMD, LLC is hiring an Entry-Level Dental Assistant to support clinicians in daily procedures and patient care.

No prior dental experience is required, with paid training through the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA). The position offers paid training, opportunities to gain radiology and safety certifications, and a benefits package including time off and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or acceptable.
• Radiology and safety certification must be obtained within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Entry‑Level Dental Assistant

As an Entry‑Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands‑on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) - all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

Salary: $15 - $17 / hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures
