Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Assistant. You will receive paid, hands-on training through our partnership with DANB and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) while working with a team that serves the community daily.

We offer flexible scheduling (part-time, full-time), paid radiology/safety training, and a benefits package including PTO, health and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan. No experience required to apply.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish/Creole or French) to support a diverse patient base.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients of all ages/backgrounds.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Support patient charting for Doctors.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.

Entry-Level Dental Assistant No dental experience or certification is required to apply. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you’ll get paid, hands‑on training through our partnership with the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) and a clear path toward becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) — all while working alongside a team that helps patients in your community every day.

• Salary: $20 - $23 / hour
• Job Type: Part-Time
• Schedule: Varies by independently owned and operated location; part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling available*

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:

• Assist during a variety of treatment procedures

• Supports patient charting for Doctors
• Perform various office tasks as necessary
