Heritage Health - Idaho is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join our friendly, fast-paced team in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. The role supports dentists and dental hygienists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will perform intraoral X-rays, assist with documentation, and ensure smooth handoffs to scheduling. Benefits include strong coverage, retirement plan, PTO, EAP, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• BLS certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Completion of an accredited dental assistant program is preferred.
• Externship or federally registered apprenticeship experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and prepare patients for treatment.
• Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout appointments.
• Assist with four‑hand dentistry and chairside procedures.
• Take diagnostic X-rays and assist with treatment planning as directed.
• Maintain sterilization standards and ensure infection control procedures.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining dental supplies and equipment.
