Dental Metrics Maven in Woburn, MA is seeking a friendly Dental Assistant to join a patient-focused private practice. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist the dentist, and maintain infection control while delivering outstanding customer service in a collaborative team.

The position is full-time, Monday–Thursday with one Saturday per month, offering competitive hourly pay of $25.00–$29.00 based on experience and qualifications, and opportunities for professional growth in a modern office

Qualifications

• 1+ year of dental assisting experience required.
• Current Massachusetts dental assisting requirements/certifications, as applicable.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and clinical procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures.
• Assist the dentist during a variety of clinical procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
• Take digital radiographs (as permitted by certification).
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Ensure operatories are fully stocked and organized.
• Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience.

Schedule:

• Full-Time.

Compensation:
