Job summary

42 North Dental in Waltham, MA is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists, greet patients, and prepare treatment rooms while assisting chairside during a variety of procedures.

You will expose radiographs, provide post-operative instructions, and maintain infection control standards to ensure a positive patient experience. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered at Gentle Dental Waltham.

Qualifications

• CDA preferred; state licensure or registration as required.
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for treatment.
• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures.
• Expose radiographs and intra-oral pictures.
• Provide post operative instructions and patient education.
• Prepare, breakdown, disinfect and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Maintain strict infection control, CDC, OSHA and HIPPA compliance.
• Maintain dental supply inventory.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork as providers may change based on needs.

Hourly Rate

$22 - $30 USD
