Imagen Dental Partners in Wilmette, IL is seeking an entry-level Dental Assistant to welcome patients and assist the doctor in delivering quality care in a friendly, patient-centered environment.

You will learn modern technologies, work with a collaborative team, and help maintain a clean, efficient back-office workflow while upholding OSHA/HIPAA guidelines. Competitive pay starts at $21–$23 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Dental Assistant or newer DA welcome.
• State-required certifications (Radiology, CPR, RDA/RDAEF) may be needed.
• Comfort with dental software like Dentrix or Eaglesoft is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and orient them to the treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing patient care.
• Stay informed on technologies and initiatives affecting back-office operations.
• Monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop relationships with patients.
• Follow OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean/sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms.
• Take, expose, and mount dental radiographs.
• Contribute to team goals and maintain a safe environment.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Required Qualifications

• Experience working as a Dental Assistant, open to a newer DA
• High school diploma or GED.
• Other certifications as required by the state, as an example: Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF), etc.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dental Softwares as Dentrix, Eaglesoft or similar dental softwares, is preferred.
