Job summary

The Smilist Dental in Warminster, PA is seeking a reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing practice. You will work closely with our doctors to prepare patients, assist during procedures, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for every visit.

Applicants should have proven Dental Assistant experience, a PA x-ray license, and strong teamwork and communication skills to support high-quality care and patient comfort.

Qualifications

• Active PA x-ray license required.
• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures.
• Dentrix experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Keep patients focused on optimal treatment while addressing concerns.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment and assist doctors.
• Escort patients to and from the front desk.
• Prepare tray setups and maintain supply levels in each operatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep patients focused on optimal treatment while attending their individual concerns and promoting the good qualities of their doctor
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patient feels comfortable; prepare patients for treatment, and assist the doctors - thereby enabling them to provide efficient quality dental treatment
• Escort patients to and from the front desk
• Prepare tray setups for dental procedures and maintain adequate supply levels in each operatory, ordering and replenishing as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
• Must have an active PA x-ray license
• Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures
• Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude

Position Details:

• Schedule:Full Time - Monday through Friday - no weekends! Must have some evening availability
• Salary Range:$23.00-$25.00/hour
• Location:Warminster, PA
