What you'll do

1. Assist experienced dental team members in providing exceptional patient care.
2. Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean environment.
3. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
4. Support dentists during procedures and ensure smooth workflow.
5. Perform basic dental procedures under supervision.
6. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records.

Pay

Starting at $19/hr, with increases based on experience, plus an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Assist with dental procedures and patient care.

Minimum Requirements

• Connecticut: certification and X-ray training proof.
• Florida: EFDA certification and X-ray training proof, including FDOH permit.
• Georgia: CPR, EFDA certification, and X-ray training proof.
• Massachusetts: CPR, X-ray training, BORID certification, and CE requirements.
• Michigan: Evidence of X-ray training certification upon hiring or within 8 weeks.
• New Jersey: Proof of X-ray training.
• Ohio: Proof of X-ray training and certification.
• Texas: CPR, TSBDE certification, and X-ray training proof.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental assisting experience or relevant education.

• Strong communication and compassionate demeanor.

• Proficiency in dental software is a plus.
