Imagix Dental in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Dental Assistant to support our clinical team. Candidates should have two or more years of on-the-job experience and hold an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification along with X-Ray certification.

Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended. The role includes clinical support, patient care, radiography tasks, and strict adherence to infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
• Patient Care: Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Radiography & Diagnostics: Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling.
• Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification and emergency readiness.

Imagix Dental is looking for a Dental Assistant in Suwanee, GA to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

As a Dental Assistant you are an integral part of care team in providing support to the office and assisting the professional dental staff with treatment. Responsibilities

• Helps dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.

• Expanded Functions Dental Assistant - Required
• X-Ray certification
• Nitrous Oxide certification is highly recommended
• High school diploma or equivalent

Dental Assistant are also expected to maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law.
