Qualifications

• Michigan Dental Assistant certification or radiology certification preferred.
• Some dental assisting experience is helpful but not required.

Job Details: Job Location: Plymouth - Plymouth, MI 48170, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 Hourly.

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
• Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment
• Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared
• Clean and set up treatment rooms
• Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment
• Order and organize dental supplies

This is a full-time Dental Assistant position with a schedule of: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
