North Shore Endodontics in Peabody, MA is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team and support the doctor with all procedures while delivering outstanding patient care.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, MA radiology certification required, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, 401k matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification in MA.
• 1+ year of Dental Assisting Experience is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
• Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment
• Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared
• Clean and set up treatment rooms
• Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment
• Order and organize dental supplies

Dental Assistant Qualifications:

• Active Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification in the state of MA
• 1 or more year(s) of Dental Assisting Experience is required
