North Shore Endodontics - Peabody is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our endodontic team in Peabody, MA. The role includes chairside support, radiography, and patient flow management in a small, patient-focused practice.

The ideal candidate will hold MA Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification, have 1+ year of experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and reliability to ensure compassionate care for every patient.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification in MA required.
• 1+ year of Dental Assisting Experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
• Reliability and punctuality essential.
• Commitment to compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with an excellent chairside manner.
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures.
• Take radiographs using standard digital radiographic equipment.
• Maintain scheduling flow and minimize patient wait times.
• Set up and clean treatment rooms.
• Review patient charts prior to doctor arrival and log data.
• Order and organize dental supplies.

Dental Assistant Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
• Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment
• Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared
• Clean and set up treatment rooms
• Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment
• Order and organize dental supplies

This is a full-time Dental Assistant position with a schedule of : Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Dental Assistant Qualifications:

• Active Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification in the state of MA
• 1 or more year(s) of Dental Assisting Experience is required
