Professional Endodontics - Clarkston is seeking a motivated Dental Assistant in Clarkston, MI. This full-time position offers $18.00–$24.00 per hour and requires a high school diploma with MI radiology certification.

You’ll support the endodontic team, take radiographs, maintain scheduling flow, and provide compassionate patient care in a friendly clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification in MI required.
• 1+ year dental assisting experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding patient service with great chairside manner.
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures.
• Take radiographs using standard digital equipment.
• Keep treatment rooms clean and organized; prep and set up.
• Review charts prior to arrival and log data during treatment.
• Order and organize dental supplies.

Dental Assistant Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service for the patient, demonstrating excellent chairside manner
• Assist the doctor with all dental procedures
• Take radiographs of patients using standard digital dental radiographic equipment
• Perform efficient and accurate procedures to help maintain doctors' schedule and patient flow; ensure limited to no patient wait time; maintain time flexibility for patient; be present, engaged, and prepared
• Clean and set up treatment rooms
• Review patient chart prior to doctor arrival and log appropriate patient data during exam and treatment
• Order and organize dental supplies

This is a full-time Dental Assistant position with a schedule of : Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm; Friday 8:00am-3:00pm

Dental Assistant Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant & Radiology Certification in the state of MI
• 1 or more year(s) of Dental Assisting Experience is preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
• Reliability and punctuality
