Job summary

CHOICE Healthcare Services in Nevada is seeking a part-time Dental Assistant to support care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments and materials, passing instruments, and assisting the doctor during procedures in compliance with Nevada standards.

Responsibilities include taking x-rays, IOs, assisting with prophylaxis, teaching patients oral hygiene, charting treatment plans, sterilizing instruments, and preparing rooms.

Qualifications

• Certification from a dental college OR three to six months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

pay range $14.90 to $19.38 (based on expereince)

• X-Ray Nevada certification or affidavit
• BLS certification
• 4-hour Infection Control certification
