Job summary

Triad Kids Dental in Burlington, part of Kids Dental Brands, is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the friendly first and last contact for patients and families.

This on-site role supports welcoming patients, scheduling, inquiries, and coordinating with the dental team to ensure a smooth, kid-friendly visit from arrival to departure. We offer a positive culture and growth opportunities within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• DA Certificate is required.
• North Carolina Radiation Certification or DANB Radiation Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Work chairside with dentists to support high-quality patient care.
• Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays).
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Assist with procedures including impressions, extractions, and fillings.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene (brushing, flossing, nutrition).
• Review medical histories, take vitals (blood pressure and pulse), and update records.
• Help children feel comfortable and confident before, during, and after treatment.
• Provide post-treatment care instructions to patients and families.
