Job summary

The Smilist in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team. We offer a full-time position with a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, no weekends.

Salary ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, with a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. This role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and professional growth in a warm, professional setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Assistant - at least 1 year.
• Experience with perio and endo a plus, but not required.
• Experience with iTero scanning strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments, equipment, and procedures.
• Prior Dentrix experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep patients focused on optimal treatment while attending their individual concerns and promoting the good qualities of their doctor.
