MINT Dentistry in Houston is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to support our dentist with procedures, take digital X-rays, and deliver the MINT level patient experience. You will keep patient records organized and ensure confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active state dental assisting license, radiography certification if applicable.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on dental assisting experience.
• Up-to-date OSHA, HIPAA and infection control training.
• Positive, energetic attitude with team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist during procedures with confidence.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images.
• Deliver MINT-level patient experience with care and empathy.
• Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized.
• Protect patient confidentiality and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Support hygienists and team as needed.
