MINT dentistry is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to support clinicians across all procedures, capture high-quality digital X-rays, and deliver a premium patient experience in a fast-paced, luxury-oriented office.

You will maintain precise patient records, protect confidentiality, and collaborate with hygienists and staff to uphold top-tier care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable).
• Radiography certification (if applicable).
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience.
• OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training up-to-date.
• A positive, energetic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures with confidence.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images.
• Deliver a mint-level patient experience with care and empathy.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and charts.
• Protect patient confidentiality in all interactions.
• Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Support hygienists and the team when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable)
• Radiography certification (if applicable)
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience
• Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training
