Job summary

MINT dentistry is seeking a skilled dental assistant to support dental procedures, capture high-quality digital X-rays, and contribute to the luxury patient experience that defines the MINT brand.

You will maintain accurate patient records, follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines, and collaborate with hygienists in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with ongoing training and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable).
• Radiography certification (if applicable).
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience.
• Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training.

Responsibilities

• Be the dentist's right hand - assist during all dental procedures with confidence
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images like a pro.
• Deliver that MINT-level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise.
