MINT dentistry is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-centric team in Brentwood, MD. You’ll support dentists during procedures, capture high-quality X-rays, and help deliver the premium MINT experience that patients expect.

You’ll thrive in a luxury-style environment with top-tier equipment, ongoing training, and clear career growth. A positive, energetic attitude and a dedication to patient confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable).
• Radiography certification (if applicable).
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience.
• Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training.
• A positive, energetic, "let's get it done" attitude

Responsibilities

• Be the dentist’s right hand - assist during all dental procedures with confidence
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images like a pro.
• Deliver that MINT-level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise.
• Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized.
• Protect patient confidentiality
• Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines like a boss.
• Jump in to support hygienists and your team whenever needed
