MINT dentistry in Chicago is seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. You’ll be the dentist’s right hand, taking digital X-rays, assisting during procedures, and delivering the premium MINT experience to patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and active dental license.
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience.
• OSHA, HIPAA and infection control training.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist during procedures with confidence.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images.
• Deliver MINT-level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise.
• Keep patient records accurate and organized.
• Protect patient confidentiality.
• Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Jump in to support hygienists and the team when needed.

• Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines like a boss.
• Jump in to support hygienists and your team whenever needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable)
• Radiography certification (if applicable)
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience
• Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training
• A positive, energetic, “let’s get it done” attitude
