Clarity Health in Hannibal, MO is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant to support dentists and hygienists in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. You will help ensure smooth patient flow, assist with procedures, and maintain accurate treatment records.

This full-time role emphasizes infection control, compassionate patient care, and teamwork. Training and growth opportunities are available within a supportive clinic setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, not required.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Dental assisting experience preferred or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

• Chairside support with dentists and hygienists during procedures and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Clinical preparation and sterilization of rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care and educate patients as needed.
• Accurate documentation of patient charts, records, and treatment notes.
• Monitor and maintain supplies and equipment; manage inventory.
• Follow ADA, Missouri Dental Board guidelines and internal policies; support team as needed.
