Job summary

Mint Dentistry is hiring a Dental Assistant to support dentists across procedures, take digital X-rays, and ensure a premium patient experience. You’ll keep precise records, protect patient confidentiality, and collaborate with a high-energy team in a luxury clinic setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, the appropriate dental licenses/certifications, and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with up-to-date OSHA/HIPAA training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable).
• Radiography certification (if applicable).
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience.
• Up-to-date OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training.

Responsibilities

• Be the dentist’s right hand — assist during all dental procedures with confidence.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images like a pro.
• Deliver Mint-level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise.
• Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized.
• Protect patient confidentiality.
• Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Jump in to support hygienists and your team whenever needed.
