Job summary

Johnson Family Dental in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dedicated dental assistant to join the clinical team. You will greet patients, prepare treatment rooms, and assist dentists and hygienists throughout procedures.

The role is full-time with standard hours Monday–Friday and one Saturday per month, 9:00 am–6:00 pm. Requires state-specific credentialing, CPR/BLS, and knowledge of dental terminology, infection control and OSHA/HIPAA, plus strong communication.

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday- Friday and 1 Saturday a month 9:00am-6:00pm

• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$18.00-22.00 an hour
