Job summary

Johnson Family Dental is seeking a friendly dental assistant to join the clinical team. In this role you’ll greet patients, prepare rooms, and support the GP and Specialty Clinicians across the practice.

Mon-Thu 9am-5pm, pay between $20.00 and $23.00 per hour, with benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision, and a 401k plan. CPR/BLS certification required or obtainable before start. Equal opportunity employer; applicants encouraged to apply via [e-mail].

Qualifications

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Job description

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm
