Smile Brands is seeking a dental assistant to join the clinical team in a Wisconsin office. You’ll prepare patients and treatment rooms, greet and guide patients, and support the office as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.

The role requires state-credentialed dental assistant credentials, CPR/BLS certification, and strong communication with patients and teammates. Competitive hourly pay and benefits based on hours worked are provided.

Qualifications

• Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Monday-Thursday 7-5 Friday 8-1

• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges and bettering smiles every day

Compensation

$19-$23/HR
