This role involves providing dental treatment to patients in long-term care facilities, collaborating with DDS, clinical, and facility staff.

• Assist the DDS with procedures and coordinate with nursing staff and schedulers to meet facility needs.
• Travel within a 2-3 hour radius, with mileage reimbursement and paid driving time; a valid driver's license and clean record are required.
• Transport, set up, and maintain equipment, manage supplies, and handle lab cases daily.
• Requires 3-5 years of clinical chairside experience, X-ray certification, and own reliable transportation.
