Job summary

Dental365 in Florham Park, NJ is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our patient‑focused team. You will welcome patients, support the Dentist with various procedures, maintain strict infection control, and prep operatories for treatments.

NJ Radiology license is required. We offer generous compensation, health and vision plans, 401(k) matching, PTO, an in‑house dental program, scrub allowance, and other perks. Salary range is $20-$25 per hour for full‑time staff.

OUR PRACTICE:

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 11:00am - 6:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Thursday: 11:00am - 7:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
• Support the Dentist with various procedures.
• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Sanitizing and prepping operatories for respective treatments.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed
• Undertake diverse office tasks as needed for seamless practice operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Dental Assisting and NJ Radiology license required.
• Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.
