Dental365 is a modern practice environment designed for patient comfort and advanced care, with a team focused on growth and support.

As an entry‑level dental assistant (floater), you will welcome patients, assist the dentist, take digital radiographs, manage lab deliveries, and uphold strict infection control.

This role offers scheduling flexibility, full‑time hours (30+ per week), and benefits, with New Jersey salary ranging $18–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• This is an entry level position (floater) - previous experience in Dental Assisting and NJ Radiology certification a plus but not required!
• Open to applicants on the pathway to obtaining their certifications.
• Any certification/license as required by the state to perform specified duties.
• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
• Assist the Dentist through a variety of procedures and managing lab case/deliveries
• Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral scans as prescribed
• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
• Answering phones promptly and responding to messages
• Managing scheduled - scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Entering new patient records and updating ledgers with precision (Denticon)
• Perform various office tasks as necessary

OUR PRACTICE:

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Sunday: 9:00am - 4:00pm
• Monday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Tuesday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am - 2:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: OFF

Some flexibility on the schedule for the right candidate.
