Dental365 in Toledo is seeking an entry-level dental assistant (floater) to welcome patients, assist the dentist, and maintain strict infection control across operatories. This role offers flexibility between part-time and full-time schedules and a hands-on path to build dental care skills.

OUR PRACTICE:

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm
• Thursday: 8:00am-5:00pm(optional)
• Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm (optional)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcoming patients with a smile, making them feel comfortable and confident throughout their visit.
• Support the Dentist with various procedures.
• Ensure strict infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
• Sanitizing and prepping operatories for respective treatments.
• Adhere to OSHA and safety policies, prioritizing a secure and healthy environment.
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene strategies as needed
• Undertake diverse office tasks as needed for seamless practice operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• This is an entry level position (floater) - previous experience in Dental Assisting experience a plus but not required!
• Radiology license preferred but not required
• A resume showcasing a consistent and stable employment history.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, delivering exceptional patient experiences.
