Job summary

Navarro Dental Center in Corsicana, TX is seeking a reliable Dental Assistant with orthodontic experience to join our dedicated team. You will prepare treatment rooms, assist the orthodontist, take X-rays, and help with patient education to ensure acccurate and comfortable visits.

We value organized, friendly professionals who can multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high patient care. Schedule is Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri 7:45 AM–5:00 PM, with pay range $14-$18/hour plus a monthly bonus

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred.
• X-ray certification is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms for orthodontic procedures.
• Assist the orthodontist during procedures and adjustments.
• Take dental impressions, X-rays, and photos as needed.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling when needed.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 7:45AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $14-$18/hour | Monthly Bonus Opportunity: up to $300 based on practice performance and goals
