Job summary

Star Dental Partners in Chantilly, Virginia is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to join a long-tenured team of clinical, business and operations professionals. The position offers a standard Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm schedule with occasional Saturday hours, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of dental assisting experience and a valid dental assistant certification.

Qualifications

• Must have dental assisting training or certification.
• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside and welcome patients.
• Prepare patients for treatments or checkups.
• Select and set up instrumentation and dental materials.
• Sterilize instruments according to regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Perform lab tasks as instructed.
• Provide post-operative care instructions.
• Maintain clean and stocked operatories.

Full Time Dental Assistant Schedule

Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Every other Saturday 9:00am - 2:00pm
60 minute lunches
