Sycamore Hills Dentistry is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist to join our growing Front Office team in Fort Wayne, IN. You will own patient AR, communicate on balances, and ensure accurate posting of payments and adjustments.

Experience with dental AR and Open Dental is preferred. This role supports the front office and collaborates with our insurance billing partner to drive timely resolutions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with dental AR or healthcare AR and patient billing.
• Strong communication skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to manage aging AR and balance reconciliation.

• Own and actively manage patient AR and aging balances.
• Communicate with patients about balances, statements, and payment plans.
• Ensure payments and adjustments are posted accurately.
• Collaborate with third-party billing partner to monitor AR.
• Support front office duties as needed.
