Qualifications

• 1 year billing experience required in a dental office.
• Experience posting patient payments and handling patient refunds.

Responsibilities

• Check daily ARB, CC web, Care Credit, Sunbit and ECHO payments.
• Post monthly RFGI payments and assist with weekly cash deposits.
• Handle financial inquiries and assist upset patients regarding billing and front office discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Billing to correct patient claims and assist with medical insurance submissions.
• Report weekly updates for leadership and Practice Manager meetings.
