Rock Dental Brands is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between our practices and patients. You will efficiently schedule appointments, handle new consultations, triage emergencies, and resolve patient issues while upholding a positive experience.

As part of a collaborative team, you will maintain call quality, assist clinics with scheduling, process payments, and participate in team huddles.
