Job summary

Rock Dental Brands is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to act as the liaison between our practices and patients. You will efficiently schedule appointments, handle new consultations, triage emergencies, and resolve patient issues while upholding a positive experience.

As part of a collaborative team, you will maintain call quality, assist clinics with scheduling, process payments, and participate in team huddles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills with ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Professional, outgoing, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls relating to patient consultations and scheduling.
• Schedule patient appointments and triage emergency calls.
• Process payments and maintain professional patient interactions.
• Support clinics and providers with scheduling inquiries.
• Attend and contribute to team huddles and meetings.
