Overview Of Position

This position, under the guidance of the General Manager, supports all elements of day-to-day operations, including increasing sales, meeting profit objectives, executing new programs, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Other duties may be assigned.

Principle Duties And Responsibilities

• Support the development of restaurant operating plans in conjunction with the General Manager to achieve business growth and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in planning schedules, analyzing staffing needs, and providing employee development and training.
• Address changing business demands with discretion.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served according to Brand Standards.
• Maintain proper inventory levels for food and non-food items, using correct ordering procedures and efficient usage.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through proper service in a clean, pleasant environment, and enforce Brand Standards.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Adhere to management procedures for facility and equipment maintenance, safety, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Promote and teach company values and policies, focusing on safety.
• Assist in controlling expenses, including labor, cash, R&M, food costs, and other operating expenses, and support financial reporting and improvement plans.
• Monitor local market trends, implement marketing programs with guidance, and work with the District Manager and support staff.
• Create a positive work environment with open communication, manage employee relations, and administer disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manage conflicts effectively and demonstrate strong leadership and flexibility.
