Job summary

You will manage a customer portfolio, book meetings, present software demos, negotiate contracts, and build a robust pipeline with Marketing support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or vocational training is required.
• 1–3 years in sales or project management in construction.
• Experience selling tech software or SaaS is highly preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, consulting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and operational handling of your customer base.
• Plan customer acquisition, arrange appointments, negotiate contracts and expand accounts.
• Present and sell software digitally or by phone, with on-site when needed.
• Leverage inbound leads and outbound prospecting to build the pipeline.
• Demonstrate software value with meaningful demos to customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build a quality opportunity pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Possibility to work mostly remotely.
