Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sewing/tailoring experience with strong jeans construction knowledge.
• Proficiency with sewing equipment and denim-specific machines.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic alterations (hemming, patching, repair) and more technical tailoring as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and elevate the in-store tailoring experience.
• Address tailoring-related customer concerns in line with company policy.
• Collaborate with store management and train team on tailoring services.
