Responsibilities

• Implement basic alteration services (hemming, patch and repair, tapering) and more technical alterations.
• Exemplify and have customer service skills to enhance our clients experience.
• Educate and train store teams on customer offerings provided by the Tailor Shop.
• Help with responsibilities on the selling floor and fitting room as requested by store management.
• Comply with all Levi's® policy and programs.
