True Religion is seeking an Associate Manager, Product Development - Denim Off Price in El Segundo, CA, to drive end-to-end development across design, merchandising, and vendors. You will track milestones, manage samples, and push approvals to keep the GTM calendar on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, maintain development trackers, and help manage fabric libraries while ensuring cost targets and quality.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in product development, sourcing, or production within apparel or related consumer goods.
• Working knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, costing fundamentals, and product development cycle timelines.
• Experience coordinating with overseas vendors across multiple time zones.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PLM or product development tracking systems.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication across internal teams and external vendor partners.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end product development execution for the Off Price Denim category, coordinating across Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, and vendor partners to keep milestones on track against the GTM calendar.
• Maintain and update WIP reports and development tracking tools, providing visibility into milestones, approvals, and bottlenecks; flag risks early to the Product Development Manager.
• Manage sample tracking across all stages—preparing briefs, coordinating seasonal style communication to vendors, and driving garment/submission submissions to move approvals.
• Support material development workflows including lab dips, strike-offs, washes, and samples, ensuring submits are tracked and resolved in the development calendar.
• Assist in managing the fabric library (digital and physical) to support development efficiency and quality control.
• Communicate proactively with vendors on progress, open items, and timelines; participate in vendor meetings and follow through on actions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support time and action calendar management and escalate delays.
• Help monitor product cost during development to hit cost targets without compromising quality.
• Assist in executing sourcing strategies to reflect brand pricing and objectives in collaboration with design, merchandising, planning, and production.
